Our company handles "lost wax products," characterized by a unique mold manufacturing method and casting technique. In response to supply uncertainties, including recent natural disasters, we will establish stable supply sources not only within Japan but also by partnering with manufacturers in South Korea. Due to the special mold manufacturing and casting methods, molten metal is poured into highly permeable molds heated to approximately 1,000 degrees, improving the flow conditions of the metal, which allows for a wide range of metal types to be selected. Additionally, the mold structure varies from simple two-part molds to complex split molds made of fine components, and no draft angle is required. **Features** - Allows for free design of complex internal shapes that are difficult to machine, as well as three-dimensional curved surfaces. - Enables the design and production of integrated structures from multiple parts that were previously assembled after processing. - Capable of producing items ranging from a few grams to large pieces weighing around 40 kg, depending on conditions. - Depending on the product shape and weight, we can accommodate orders from a few pieces to tens of thousands per lot. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*
